A season of late leads being erased came to an end Friday for the Pasadena City College men's soccer team. The Lancers had one more chance at victory dashed by host El Camino as the Warriors scored in the final minute to tie PCC, 2-2, in South Coast Conference crossover game.

Cole Prince's goal on a corner kick rebound in the 90th minute for El Camino marked the fourth time this year that PCC lost a lead in either the 90th minute or stoppage time and had to settle for a tie. Pasadena's season ended with a 6-9-5 overall record. The Lancers went 2-4-2 in SCC North Division play to finish in a tie for third place in the 5-team conference.

Anthony Jimenez scored his team-leading eighth goal in the 79th minute that gave Pasadena a 2-1 advantage. The Lancers also held a 1-0 lead back in the 17th minute when Romio Sislian sent a through ball that was chipped in by David Vasquez-Mena for his seventh goal of the season. Jimenez is now tied for 20th on the PCC all-time men's soccer points list with 29 points (11 goals, 7 assists).

PCC goalie Steven Sandoval led the North Division and was 17th in the state in total saves with 82.
