PCC Women Cross Country's Reyes 33rd At Brubaker Invitational

Pasadena City College's Julia Reyes placed 33rd out of 97 runners at the Brubaker Invitational meet held Friday at Irvine Regional Park. The Lancers did not place as a team with two runners in action.

Reyes raced a time of 21 minutes, 37.1 seconds. Teammate Amanda Noriega finished in 67th at 23:33.3. 

Saddleback College won the team meet while Mt. San Antonio's Rebecca Ruiz won the individual 5-kilometer race in 19:08.7. 

Reyes and Noriega are expected to compete next at the Mt. SAC Invitational on Friday, Oct. 12.
