In a year in which only a few runners competed, the Pasadena City College women's cross country 2018 season ended Friday with lone runner Amanda Noriega placing 37th out of 56 total runners at the South Coast Conference Championships held Friday at Don Knabe Community Regional Park in Cerritos.
Noriega's time of 21 minutes, 59.6 seconds over the 5-kilometer course saw the freshman missing the cut to qualify for the Southern California Championships.
PCC carried just two eligible runners during the season and participated in only four meets.
