Lee Boyd is in his third season on the Pasadena City College football staff and his first as the Lancers' offensive coordinator as well as working with the quarterbacks. 

In 2017, Boyd served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at NJCAA Northland Technical and Community College (Minnesota), where the team won the Region XIII championship and the MCAC state title. As the player caller for NCTC’s run-and-shoot offense, Pioneer’s quarterback Shannon Patrick finished the season with 4,506 passing yards and 43 touchdowns as wide receivers Malik Williams and Dakarai Highsmith accounted for a combined 2,314 receiving yards.

A Hawaii native, Boyd attended and played football for St. Louis School in Honolulu from 1998-2001.

He earned a bachelor's degree in finance at Linfield College (2005) and later finished his master's in finance at the University of San Francisco (2009).
