Devin Bullock is now in his fourth season at Pasadena City College in 2024. Bullock works in strength and conditioning, the outside receivers, and is special teams coordinator.

Bullock began his coaching career as first an intern working with defensive backs at Occidental College in 2016. The following year, he was named outside receivers coach.

Bullock graduated from Occidental in 2015 and was an All-SCIAC First Team selection at wide receiver his senior season. He led the Tigers in nearly all receiving categories that year, catching 44 passes for 620 yards, a 14.1 yards per catch average while scoring eight touchdowns. 

From Dallas, Texas, Bullock attended Greenhill High where he was an all-conference player.
