Freshman midfielder/defender Jorge Cedillo and sophomore midfielder Osmar Rojas were the Pasadena City College selections on the 2023 All-South Coast Conference First Team. The players helped PCC to its first better-than-.500 season in four years under first-year head coach Francisco Cantero.

Cedillo (Blair High) scored a team-high 10 goals, leading the state with an amazing seven penalty kick scores. Cedillo proved strong also on corner kicks as well as providing solid defense.

Rojas (Pasadena HS) changed his role from scorer as a freshman (five goals, eight assists) to a more defensive force in '23 as a sophomore. His stalwart play made him All-Conference for the second straight season. He still finished his 2-year PCC career tied for #32 on the Lancers all-time scoring list with 25 points (seven goals, 11 assists).

Making the All-SCC Second Team from the Lancers were midfielder Jorky Aguirre (Charter Oak) and defender Chris Amador (Montebello), both freshmen.

PCC finished 9-8-4 overall and 2-0 in the SCC Tournament to place seventh out of 10 teams.
