Sarah Goodlaw was twice the South Coast Conference Women's Field Athlete of the Year in track and field for the 1995 and 1996 PCC teams. She captured the javelin, shot put and hammer throw titles each season, and in 1996 she became the first PCC woman athlete to ever win a state championship event---as she placed first in the hammer throw at 149 feet, 4 inches. It was the first year that the hammer throw event was staged for women's T/F at the state meet. Goodlaw also excelled on the 1995 volleyball team, helping that program to its highest finish in school history, a third place at the state tournament. A middle blocker, Goodlaw was named to the All-State Tournament team.
