The Pasadena City College relay teams picked up victories in both relay races at the Coast Classic, hosted by Orange Coast College, while finishing in sixth place as a team on March 14.

It is the state's 18th fastest mark this season.

The 4x100 meter relay squad of Jayden Jordan, Jamir Allen, Hardy, and Pequeno just missed its season best in racing 43.10 (best time 43.09, 25th in state) to take first place.

Individually, Pequeno placed fifth (11.42) and Allen seventh (11.59) in the 100 sprint and Avery was seventh in the 400 (52.89).
