Pasadena City College women's track and field competitors Melissa Le and Jaylin Morgan are poised to make a splash at the South Coast Conference Prelims/Championships to be held Tuesday, April 23 and Saturday, April 27 at El Camino College.

Le won the javelin event at the Post Meridiem meet held April 5 at ECC. Her season-best throw of 104-feet, 3 inches is 15th in the state and has her fifth in the SCC. 

Morgan raced to fourth place in the 200 meters at the Cerritos Invitational on April 12 in a season-fastest time of 25.46 seconds. That sprint has her 17th in the state and fifth thus far among South Coast racers.
