The Pasadena City College women's cross country team took part at the Golden West Central Park Classic on Sept. 22 with Summer Hamilton once again leading the squad in 53rd place. Hamilton ran the 5-kilometer course in 24 minutes, 27.3 seconds.

Melissa Le placed 72nd (27:07) followed by teammate Alejandra Penaloza in 73rd (27:12). Emily Dean scored 83rd (31:56).

The Lancers are counting on scoring as a team for the first time at the Mt. SAC Invitational on Oct. 13.
