A return to the running courses resulted in just one Pasadena City College cross country racer making it to the CCCAA State Championship meet as Philycius Oey placed 138th out of 166 overall runners on Saturday. Oey ran the 4-mile, Fresno Woodward Park course in a time of 22:53.2.
Ronnie Winn placed a squad-high 20th overall as the Pasadena City College men's cross country team placed sixth at the South Coast Conference Championships held at Compton's Wilson Park on October 29.
The Pasadena City College men's cross country team has a new No. 1 runner in Philycius Oey, who placed 62nd in a 136-runner field at the Mt. San Antonio College Invite on Friday. Oey ran a time of 24:54.7 over the 4-mile course.
