  • Women's Cross Country Season Concludes

    The Pasadena City College women's cross country team closed out the 2017 season with only three runners competing at the Southern California Championships held November 3 at Central Park in Santa Clarita. The Lancers had originally qualified as an at-large berth but were not able to get the required runners needed to score as a team.

    Despite placing seventh as a team out of eight competing at Friday's South Coast Conference Championships, the Pasadena City College women's cross country team drew an at-large berth into the Southern California Championships this Friday, Nov. 3.
  • Mt. SAC Invite Last Preparation For Women's Cross Country

    Someone has to finish last in any race, but unfortunately for the Pasadena City College women's cross country team, it was its turn for that dubious spot at the Mt. San Antonio Invitational meet held October 13. PCC finished in 14th place officially.

    Placings were not a priority at the 6th Mustang Challenge (hosted by Master's University) as much as striving to get better. That was the Pasadena City College women's cross country team as all of its runners improved on their times at the Central Park, Santa Clarita 5-kilometer course on Sept. 30.
  • Women's Cross Country 20th At SoCal Preview Meet

    The Pasadena City College women's cross country team took 20th place out of 24 scoring colleges at the SoCal Preview Meet held at Central Park in Santa Clarita on Friday. The top Lancers racer was Raylin Galvan, a freshman from Temple City High, who placed 81st overall in the 5-kilometer course in 22 minutes, 47.1 seconds.
  • PCC Women's Cross Country Led By Barrios As '17 Season Commences

    Yasmeen Barrios placed 32nd overall out of 87 runners to pace the Pasadena City College women's cross country team is it opened the 2017 season Friday at the Palomar Invitational. The Lancers competed at Guajome Park in Oceanside.
