But after 21 overall games and just nine of the alotted 24 SCC games played, the Lancers saw their 2020 season end abruptly in early March due to the worldwide health crisis.

San Antonio, 2-games-to-1. The Lancers won the rubber match on Saturday, 8-4, at Brookside Park's Jackie Robinson Field.

Those are two streaks that are up to date for the Pasadena City College baseball team in its head-to-head meetings with Rio Hondo College. The Lancers seamlessly have picked up where they left off in their recent mastery over the Roadrunners, posting an 11-0 win to open South Coast Conference play Tuesday at Brookside Park's Jackie Robinson Field.

    The Pasadena City College baseball team is 5-2 in its last seven games and in the process reached the .500 mark after a slow start to the 2020 season. The Lancers (6-6 record) are getting quality pitching, especially from its bullpen, to go with some impressive hitting. On Tuesday, Feb. 18, PCC embarks on its 24-game, South Coast Conference schedule at it starts a 3-game series v. Rio Hondo College.

But what he did do was pitch the Lancers out of trouble in the five outs he recorded in the seventh and eighth innings in helping the Pasadena City College baseball team stop a 4-game losing streak by defeating Citrus, 7-4, at Brookside Park's Jackie Robinson Field.
