    Lancers freshman runner Carissa Guardado placed 68th at the Southern California Championships held at Fountain Valley's Mile Square Park. Guardado, who endured through an injury later in the year, missed by a few places of qualiying for the CCCAA State Championships thus ending the Pasadena City College women's cross country season.
